Scheduled - As part of our ongoing effort to provide the best protection, a new workstation protection agent will be released for Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition.

Action Required:
All workstation updates will require at least one reboot and existing redistributable packages should be updated to ensure you install the latest protection agent.

Schedule
On November 1st customers will be able to download a redistributable package with the updated workstation agent. For directions on updating workstation clients before the LiveUpdate release see our support article: https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO125144.html

Existing workstations will begin to automatically update via LiveUpdate starting on November 1st in a controlled release. The update will be made available for all workstations by November 14th. If after November 14th your workstation agent is not updated, it is recommended to trigger the update from the notification area of the agent (Upgrading the Cloud Agent).
