Please be advised that we will be performing scheduled maintenance on Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition Cloud. This maintenance period will be used to enhance key SEP SBE Cloud services.

Impact
During the scheduled maintenance period customers may at times notice slow portal performance, timeout errors, or the inability to access the portal. Additionally, during the maintenance period some customers may also be unable to run scheduled reports, apply policy changes, add or remove endpoint protection from the agents profile on the Computers tab, or may see the agent health status showing incorrectly on the Computers tab.

Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition functionality is affected and currently installed endpoints remain protected.

Investigating - We are aware that as of approximately 13.15 UTC, Feb 15th 2018, customers may see an issue with purchasing new as well as amending existing subscriptions.
We are currently investigating this issue and will provide updates as they become available.

The protection services provided by the endpoint protection agent remains unaffected and continues to protect devices it is installed on.
